Plasticizer is a substance with high boiling point and low volatility, and its molecular structure has polar and non-polar parts.

Function:

① Reduce the viscosity of the melt;

② Increase the flexibility of the polymer;

③ Increase the elongation at break of the polymer;

④ Reduce the molding temperature of the polymer;

⑤ Improve the molding characteristics of the polymer;

⑥ Improve the impact performance of the polymer;

⑦ Improve the low temperature flexibility of the polymer;

⑧ Reduce the surface hardness of the polymer.
